FORGE Inspect

FORGE Inspect is a web-based platform for analysing and improving visual consistency across digital products. The tool scans live websites and returns structured audit reports covering design tokens, typography scales, spacing systems, and component patterns - surfacing inconsistencies that slow down design system maturity.

Visual QA is largely manual, slow, and inconsistent. Design reviews catch some things; automated accessibility tools catch others. But the middle ground - the systematic visual consistency that separates polished products from messy ones - is rarely audited at all. FORGE Inspect was built to address that gap.

The dashboard design prioritises information density without cognitive overwhelm. A dark interface with clear typographic hierarchy and a structured severity system (critical, warning, informational) allows engineers and designers to triage findings quickly.
